We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Perishable Goods

As our hampers contain food items, they are classed as perishable goods. This means they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@wholesomehampers.co.uk if:

  • Your hamper is damaged,

  • Items are missing, or

  • You receive the wrong order.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (all food hampers fall into this category),

  • Gift cards, or

  • Sale items.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage, defect, or error on our part, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
