Delivery Area

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international addresses.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7 working days of being placed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Deliveries are made by a trusted third-party courier.

Please note that during peak times (such as Christmas), delivery may take slightly longer. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Costs

All delivery costs are included in the price of your hamper – no extra charges at checkout.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier so you can follow your hamper’s journey.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will attempt to redeliver. In some cases, they may also leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please refer to the courier’s communication for specific instructions.
